cannot export animation to glTF

I tried to export animation to glTFbut was unsuccessful. i find the software help until i tried to export. Please help. Thanks

Try to switch to the "(3) Animate" mode if the menu item "Export animation as glTF (.glb file)…" is disabled (grayed out).
